REOSAN Superior AntiBacteria Quality is a professional water-based interior wall paint with antibacterial and anti-mould protection, specially developed for areas with high humidity and strict hygiene requirements.
It is ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, hospitals, clinics, schools, nurseries, laboratories, food production facilities, restaurants, hotels and other commercial or public spaces where maintaining clean and hygienic wall surfaces is essential.
The formulation contains highly effective fungicidal additives that help prevent the formation and reappearance of mould, fungi, algae and microorganisms on painted surfaces. Thanks to its synthetic copolymer binder, REOSAN creates a strong, uniform and washable finish with excellent covering power and high resistance to abrasion. The paint is free from harmful solvents and pigments based on heavy metals such as lead and chromium, making it suitable for use in residential, commercial and public interiors with continuous human occupancy.
REOSAN Superior AntiBacteria Quality also offers good water vapour permeability, allowing walls to breathe and helping to reduce the risk of moisture condensation on the surface. Surface Preparation & Application
The substrate must be dry, sound and clean, free from loose or flaking material, dirt, grease and other contaminants.
If mould is already present, first treat the affected areas with DETERGENTE REOSAN, diluted with water according to the product instructions. Rinse thoroughly and allow the surface to dry completely.
Apply FISSATIVO REOSAN acrylic primer, diluted with water according to the absorbency of the substrate, approximately from 1:5 to 1:10, and allow it to dry for at least 4 hours.
Once the primer is completely dry, apply 2 coats of REOSAN Superior AntiBacteria Quality using a roller or brush, allowing approximately 4–5 hours between coats.
If required, the paint may be diluted with water in accordance with the technical data sheet to achieve the optimal viscosity and application consistency.View Application Instructions
