REOSAN ANTICONDENSA: Anti-Condensation & Anti-Mould Paint for Interior Walls
REOSAN ANTICONDENSA is a professional anti-condensation and anti-mould interior paint, specially formulated for humid rooms and areas affected by persistent condensation.
Thanks to the hollow glass microspheres in its formulation, the paint helps reduce surface cooling, limiting the formation of condensation and helping prevent water droplets, damp patches and black mould stains from appearing on walls.
This water-based interior coating provides effective protection against mould, fungi and algae. Its broad-spectrum fungicidal action helps eliminate existing contamination and reduces the risk of mould returning. REOSAN ANTICONDENSA can be used both for the renovation of affected walls and as a preventive treatment on new surfaces in humid environments.
The product is solvent-free and contains no toxic pigments based on lead or chromates, making it suitable for residential, commercial and public interiors.
REOSAN ANTICONDENSA is an ideal solution for areas with high humidity and recurring condensation, including bathrooms, shower rooms, toilets, kitchens, laundries, basements, indoor swimming pools, spa areas, saunas and hammams.
When applied as part of the complete REOSAN system — detergent, fixing primer and finishing paint — the manufacturer provides a written performance guarantee of up to two years.
The product also complies with HACCP requirements according to UNI 11021, making it suitable for environments with strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
